Pick the ownerSelect a signed-up contractor from the dropdown. Their exact login code locks in automatically — routes go straight to their dashboard, no copy-pasting codes.

Load homesWake County (275xx / 276xx) auto-fetches. For any other NC county: download a parcel CSV from the county's GIS site and upload it — the builder handles filtering.

Screen addressesFlip through each home — keep the good ones, skip the bad. Sort by street so adjacent homes stay together. Progress saves automatically as you go.

Launch → it's liveRoutes are written to the owner's dashboard instantly. Text them their owner code, they log in at roofinder.online/owner.html, assign agents, and start knocking.
Choose a signed-up owner and the zone publishes under their exact code automatically — no copy-pasting codes. Leave on "new" for a demo/unlinked zone.
