Pick the owner this zone is for (so it auto-delivers to their dashboard), set a target zip, and we auto-pull qualifying homes — you just screen and send.
How this works — 4 steps
1
Pick the ownerSelect a signed-up contractor from the dropdown. Their exact login code locks in automatically — routes go straight to their dashboard, no copy-pasting codes.
2
Load homesWake County (275xx / 276xx) auto-fetches. For any other NC county: download a parcel CSV from the county's GIS site and upload it — the builder handles filtering.
3
Screen addressesFlip through each home — keep the good ones, skip the bad. Sort by street so adjacent homes stay together. Progress saves automatically as you go.
4
Launch → it's liveRoutes are written to the owner's dashboard instantly. Text them their owner code, they log in at roofinder.online/owner.html, assign agents, and start knocking.
Choose a signed-up owner and the zone publishes under their exact code automatically — no copy-pasting codes. Leave on "new" for a demo/unlinked zone.

Step 3 — Review & Launch
These homes become the contractor's door-knock list. They'll be split into route groups (one group per agent per day). Each group appears as a route in the owner's dashboard — their agents pick it up, tap each door, and log results in real time. Review the list below, set your route size, then hit Launch.
